  • Securing wireless networks and connecting new devices
  • Detecting known viruses, spyware, and malware
  • Support for smartphones and tablets
  • 2 total tune-ups per user per year
  • Firewalls and networking issues
  • Wireless networking issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and handheld devices

We have retail and corporate packages that offer suitable option to you. Please select the relevant package for more detail.

Retail

We have package called ‘My Support Pro’ to take care of your need. This package will provide you one-year unlimited remote support. For details, please go through the table below.

Corporate

Corporate/Companies can reach us through either info@mysuport.com or ‘Contact us’. Please note that system integration will be the added service to the plan above. Please provide the relevant details to help us understand your requirements.

You will experience the expedited call routing with reduced wait times and speedy resolution in your subscription. One year is 365 days from the ‘subscription’ start date(for example, if you start your subscription on 5th of July 2017, the one year of ‘Subscription’ ends on 4th of July 2018).
